READYMADE ROLLERS

  • We are happy to announce that we are making readymade rollers. These rollers are supplied with new core with tight tolerances. The core is dynamically balanced before and after rubberizing.
  • Rollers are supplied with full assembly & bearings. We are making rollers for all Heidelberg, Komari, Dominant, Mitsubishi, KBA, Rolland, Ryobi, Orient and various multicolor offset & web machines.
  • "Phoenix Readymade Rollers" is manufactured according to OEM specifcations. We deliver the rollers with an accuracy of 20 microns in evenness, 5 microns in bearing seat and ovality. This enables the operator to run the machine with less pressure settings, which results in a great savings in money & life for both machines and rollers.
